Informer No 1 Dec 2023

Hello and welcome to the new Informer magazine.

It's been a while since we had a community magazine. The old Informer hasn't been published regularly since our stalwart editor Val Bourne retired, and the ‘Villager’ has not been distributed since. Trewidland split from Dobwalls in the parish boundary changes.

So the Parish Council have decided to take the lead in producing this new quarterly magazine for the whole community. We do get community news and information on the various Facebook pages locally, but not everyone is on Facebook and hopefully this new magazine will benefit everyone by having all the upcoming events and community information presented in one place. We intend to publish the magazine in February, May, August and November. However, we got such a good response from article writers and advertisers that we have enough material to produce this bonus festive edition. We hope you like it.
